- Electrical components are not eligible for return if they have been installed or connected.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Custom-made or special-order parts.
- Parts marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Used or damaged items that do not meet our return criteria.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email us at support@hottrackautoparts.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
- Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided with the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for eligible items if you need a replacement or a different part. Contact our support team to begin the exchange process.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Notify us within 30 Days of receiving the item.
- Provide photos of the damage along with your order details.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain returns, particularly for non-defective items. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund. Once the order has been shipped, the return policy will apply.
